Dial Up a Future for Virginia's Students!

Eleven of Virginia's elected officials will make crucial budget decisions that will affect public education in Virginia until 2010.

YOUR CALL WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Send the message that Virginia's students must be a budget priority.

WHAT TO SAY:
Use your own words, or follow this simple script:

My name is ____.  Virginia's students are my priority. As you develop Virginia's budget, please be sure to do three things:  (1) fully re-benchmark the Standards of Quality, (2) preserve funding for programs serving at-risk students, and (3) expand access to quality preschool for at-risk four-year-olds.  I am counting on you to keep Virginia's students on track by making these crucial investments in our future.  Thank you for listening, and for your public service.

WHEN TO CALL:
The time of day is up to you!  Just make sure you call all these eleven elected officials ON or BEFORE March 7, 2008.

WHO TO CALL:
Just dial down the list!  Each of these eleven elected officials needs to hear from YOU!
